Our Board of Directors is responsible for corporate governance and oversight.
The Executive Board devises and implements business strategy and runs the day-to-day activities of the Company. We focus on three major markets: Mobile Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Information Technology.
Each of these markets is supported by a network of pan-European facilities to deliver a wide variety of solutions which reduce the total cost of after-sales, deliver improved customer satisfaction and retention, and improved business efficiencies.
