Nick Temple, Company Secretary
Nick Temple was appointed Company Secretary and Legal Counsel of Regenersis in May 2007. He is a qualified lawyer, and has been an independent consultant to a wide range of client companies since 1999.
Nick was General Counsel of the Tetley Group and was one of the management team involved in the £250m buy-in of the Group in 1995. Prior to this, Nick held a number of positions as legal counsel and company secretary in industry, including Group Legal Director & Secretary of Lloyds Abbey Life plc from 1989 to 1995.
