- LG Electronics customer care centre, outsourced to Regenersis, ranks Number 1 in call centre league table for IT and Technology by Maia Consulting.
2010
- Launched new market facing organisation with core focus on Mobile Communications, Media & Entertainment and Information Technology
- Commenced work on third service centre in Warsaw
- Secured agreement with DHL to establish a co-located service centre, in Normanton (UK)
- LG outsources customer care centre to Regenersis. We establish a 50+ seat centre in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire to support the wide range of LG products from flat screen TVs to mobile phones.
2009
- Second service centre opened in Warsaw to support Information Technology market
- Joint venture signed establishing Regenersis in Moscow
- Completed £6.25m fund raising and acquisition of Total Repair Solutions (TRS)
