As a Company quoted on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, we comply with the principles set out in Section 1 of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance (“the Combined Code”), although we are not required to do so.
The composition of the Board is considered appropriate given the size and complexity of the Group’s operations.
