How Many Facilities Do You Have?
We have offices and facilities in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Russia and Hong Kong. We have Technical Repair facilities in the UK (Glenrothes, Nottingham and Huntingdon), Germany (Sommerda and Paderborn), Poland (Warsaw and Ratzyn), Romania (Bucharest), and Russia (Moscow). Our Environmental Services Facilities are based in the UK (West Thurrock) and France (Lille). We have sales offices in the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Russia and China (Hong Kong).
What Services Are Offered By Regenersis
At Regenersis, we manage the entire lifecycle of high-value technology products in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors.
The products and technologies we work with include mobile phones, MP3/4 players, PDAs, laptops and notebooks, satellite navigation systems, set top boxes, monitors and screens. We also support products that are as technically challenging and security-sensitive as ATMs, Chip and Pin terminals and cash recycling equipment.
Our service offering is focused on our two core competencies: our technical excellence and environmental expertise.
Our Technical and Managed Services are derived primarily from our accumulated experience in managing ‘In Warranty’ repair services for major equipment manufacturers and distributors. We currently operate from nine established facilities across Europe. Each facility has benefited from significant investment in resources, infrastructure and intellectual property.
In our Environmental Services Division we provide end-of-life solutions to many clients including the major European mobile network operators. These services include the replacement of equipment in the event of damage, loss or theft as well as the remarketing and recycling of redundant equipment. Today the majority of our activity supports the market for mobile phone handsets. However, we are now starting to apply the same principles to other markets that are subject to the same needs and legislative pressures.
Collectively the services we provide ensure that consumers have a positive experience of their product and the brand behind it. In many cases our introduction to the consumer is as a result of a problem, usually a product failure. Through our intervention we ensure our client, their brand, is protected and that we turn a distressed situation into a positive customer experience.
