Premium Repair Service for Epson
Regenersis provides product replacement and repair services which, managed through sophisticated on-line tools delivers an enhanced customer support experience.
Epson, a leading provider of printing and digital imaging solutions has extended its contract with Regenersis (AIM: RGS) providing a full suite of after sales support for a broad range of printing products in Germany.
Regenersis has developed web-based tools to enable end-users, Epson service partners and call centres, together with the Regenersis service centre to manage all the processes associated with fulfilling customer service requirements. To minimise inconvenience and disruption for the end user Regenersis manages the complete logistics loop to provide an end-to-end solution.
Alfons Krauthausen, Managing Director of Regenersis Germany said, “The solution we have developed with Epson is an ideal way for them to log, track and manage service events with a totally customer-centric focus. With all the data associated with every service event now in a single location, including all documentary and photographic evidence of product damage, we can keep end-users informed of progress at every stage.“
