Regenersis Germany Becomes Apple Authorised Service Provider
The Regenersis facility in Schloss Holte has become an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP). The Company currently handles repairs for iPods, Macintosh (Mac) Series and other devices in the UK and Poland. This accreditation will enable Regenersis to provide extended coverage to Apple customers across Europe.
The facility in Schloss Holte is the Regenersis Centre of Excellence for IT and banking technology, focusing primarily on technical repairs and supply chain management of ATM's and ePOS systems. It is one of the largest of its kind in Europe – offering the demanding technical expertise, security, customer service and logistics required by leading IT brands and manufacturers of banking technology, like: WINCOR Nixdorf, IBM, DIEBOLD, HITACHI. The facility currently handles between 20k-24k service events per month.

As an AASP, Regenersis is carrying out diagnostics, covered repairs and out of warranty repairs on Apple products.
