Regenersis (LSE:RGS) has become one of only two companies in Europe to receive the coveted ‘A Grade Authorised Mobile Phone Service Centre’ accreditation by Samsung.  The Regenersis facility in Poland was awarded this due to the high quality of service delivered to Samsung, meeting its demanding targets for repair and customer service.  In addition to quality technical repair services, Regenersis also manages the authorised service point network for Samsung in 34 locations across Poland. Management of the service point network includes auditing, training, spares supply, and reporting.
