REGENERSIS HELPS CONSUMERS BY PROVIDING REPLACEMENT PHONES AND LAPTOPS
Long-standing relationship with CPP, a leading mobile phone insurer, renews £15m contract for a further two years.
Regenersis plc (LSE AIM: RGS) is pleased to announce that consumers whose phones or laptops are broken, lost or stolen will get them repaired or replaced under a renewed contract with a leading device insurer, CPP Group plc (CPP). The two-year contract is valued at over £15 million. CPP is a leading Life Assistance organisation that provides insurance for mobile phones and other devices. Regenersis and CPP have been working together for more than eight years.
Once a claim is made, Regenersis provides customers with a timely repair or replacement of the device. Regenersis is also providing call centre support for the various insurance schemes to handle fulfillment enquiries. Regenersis is able to reduce the claim costs by using fully tested and warranted devices.
