Regenersis plc (LSE AIM: RGS), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world’s leading consumer technology companies, announces the appointment of Tom Russell as a Non-executive Director of the Company.
Tom is a partner of Hanover Investors Management LLP which is a significant shareholder of Regenersis. Prior to joining Hanover, Tom was a partner at Mercer Oliver Wyman, the strategy consulting firm.
