Regenersis plc (LSE AIM: RGS), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world’s leading consumer technology companies, announces the resignation of Gary Stokes as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Also with immediate effect Matthew Peacock, the current Non-executive Chairman of the Company, will become Executive Chairman.
