Zebra - Printer Repair and Logistics Solutions
Regenersis provides German speaking service and repair activities to Zebra, a leading provider of on-demand print solutions
In early 2008, Zebra Technologies launched a new service hotline to provide even more comprehensive support services to end users and resellers. The service, provided by Regenersis in Paderborn, gives Zebra customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland general information about Zebra products and solutions. It also provides technical support, and fast repair for the ZM400/600, S4M, 28xx and GX/GK product lines. Repair for other printers can be provided on request. Regenersis is an Independent Zebra Authorised Service Partner (IZASP).
The new repair service enables resellers and distributors to sell ZebraCare Repair Services in Germany, too. In the case of printer failures, any problems can be addressed via the technical service hotline to Zebra. Regenersis will then attend to pick-up, repair and return shipment of the printer.
