Argos - Reverse Logistics and Technical Repair

Regenersis has a very strong relationship with Argos and have worked together for over 3 years, starting with the award to support Appleās iPod in the UK market.
Working closely with Argos and their store staff, we created an easy to use in-store process, which significantly increased the percentage of iPods returned for repair versus those previously returned to Apple for credit.
Today, we support: Mobile Phones, TomTom, Apple iPod, Creative MP3s, Samsung MP3s and Pure DAB Radios with:
- In and out of warranty repair
- Refurbishment and re-kit for resale (where appropriate)
We also provide a range of support services, including Call Centre Support to manage the returns authorization for TomTom and iPods. This is directly linked with Argos IT systems to support any necessary escalations. In addition, we are the only 3rd party technology repair partner to have been used by Argos to work with their secure mail carrier for in-store collections.
The benefit to Argos is that we now have daily collections at every Argos store and the process is seamless for store staff, simplifying the returns of products.
