Regenersis provides product replacement and repair services for First Data in Austria, with sophisticated on-line tools for improved customer support.

First Data, the leading provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions, has selected Regenersis Germany to provide a full suite of after sales support and supply chain services for its Austrian business. Previously managed in-house, Regenersis designed and delivered a complete solution to First Data Austria within six weeks.

Regenersis will manage the complete supply chain with screening, refurbishment, transaction management and preventive maintenance of the safety-critical chip & pin terminals. Part of the new service includes a bespoke IT application which allows for remote “software refuelling” as well as end-to-end track and trace of the entire logistics and service process.

The services will be delivered by the Regenersis facility in Sömmerda, which is centrally located in Germany, delivering the most demanding overnight logistics solutions.
