Regenersis provides repair, inventory management and European logistics solutions for Daimler FleetBoard GmbH, a leading company in the commercial vehicles telematics segment. The constantly increasing demand for reliable products requires a customer-focused and tailored after-sales service. Together with FleetBoard Regenersis has design a high performance four-way logistc process with extemly low downtime for the customer.
Based on the customer efforts Regenersis has designed a scaleble multi-language web based Order Desk and Track & Trace Solution with an additional notification for the customer via e-mail or SMS. Regenersis continuously updates the internal status information, but also the status information of the national and international logistics providers. All information are now harmonised and at all time available to Fleetboard.
Regenersis manages the entire door-2-door service including:
- Advanced unit exchange in Europe
- Web-based Order Desk and Track&Trace
- Repair on FRU level
- Inventory management
- Spare part management
