Our IT infrastructure links seamlessly with our customers' systems, and a variety of carrier systems to allow the collection of individual unit returns from retailers and end users throughout Europe. With full track and trace facilities we are able to record the movements of these goods throughout the inbound logistics process, our internal processing and ultimately through to the delivery back to the customer.
Alternative logistics models have been created to allow the cost effective shipment of protective packaging to the customer to facilitate a return, which can also utilise the Post Office network to make it as easy as possible for the customer.
These processes are supported by our own call centre and dedicated logistics team. Our well developed relationships with major carriers and logistics providers allow competitive mail, small parcel, pallet and full/part load rates and access to a world of additional services eg, Auto Text Messaging, Doorstep Exchange and Technical Courier.
We also provide comprehensive management of product and component warranty including the shipment and customs clearance of items to/from OEMs mainly in the Far East.
We offer bespoke configuration, kitting, storage and fulfilment services to support the forward logistics requirements of companies such as Virgin Media, TomTom and Pure Digital Radios. With key links into Demand Planning, Stock Control and 3rd party carrier management.
