Regenersis clearly understand the value of good training

Our goal is to work with and listen to our partners to ensure that we deliver a training package that not only meets but also exceeds their expectations. We have developed the expertise and training models to ensure that our training packages deliver on their objectives.

Training can be delivered by a variety of methods such as, site visits, our on site training schools or via web casts to ensure that the latest knowledge and skills are shared quickly and effectively. Our “live” web casts are the latest addition to ensure that the Nokia UK and Ireland Care teams have the latest technical and customer support information available at product launch. This facility is also used to train the care network on product functionality to ensure that Nokia Care points are fully equipped to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
